摘要
国营大型联合企业对所属二级厂矿——露天矿和选矿厂如何实行经营承包责任制,进行合理考核,本文提出了动态考核办法,即实行金属量按计划品位折算产量和原矿条件不同达到不同的回收率指标进行考核,克服了原来静态考核办法中的弊端。本钢南芬选厂实行动态考核后磁性铁回收率超过了历史平均先进水平,达到了94.47％。本文还对实行动态考核的经济效果和实用性进行了分析。
With relation to how to perform the management contract responsibility system in open-pits and concentrators that are under the state—run big complexes, the paper proposes a dynamic assessment method which includes that the production is converted from the metal content on the basis of targeted grade and that the recovery index is different for different grades of run—of—mine ores, which eliminates the defects in the original static assessment method, The magnetic iron recovery in Nanfeng concentrator of Benxi Iron & Steell Co. has surpassed the reeord average advanced level and reached 94.49% 。Also analysed are the economical effects of the dynaamic assessment When put into effect and its practicibility.
