摘要
目的：探讨甲状腺手术病人整体护理的方法，并观察其效果。方法：１．术前访视和评估。２．确定护理问题。３．制定护理措施。４．术中整体护理。５．术后随访及评价。结果及结论：整体护理不仅消除了甲状腺手术病人紧张、焦虑、恐惧的情绪，使病人愉快接受手术治疗，而且激发了护士的学习热情，增强了责任心。
Objective To study the methods of general nursing in patients with thyropathy and observe its etfects. Methods 1. Peroperative visit and assessment. 2. To determine the nursing problems. 3. To work out nursing measures. 4. Process of the general nursing during the operation. 5. Visit and evaluation after operation. Results and conclusions General nursing not only dispelled the patients' nervous, anxiety and fears, made the patients receive the operation happily, but also aroused nurses' enthusiasm of studying, and enhanced the sense of one's responsibilty.
