摘要
目的 评价机械通气(MV)治疗危重症合并急性呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法 回顾性分析95例危重症合并急性呼吸衰竭患者应用MV治疗。结果 本组抢救成功的68例患者血pH、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2明显改善,成功率达71.58％,死亡27例(28.42％),并发症29例(30.53％)。结论 MV是治疗危重症合并急性呼吸衰竭的有效措施,MV时机的选择和原发病的治疗是成功的关键。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of mechanical ventilation (MV) for patients with acute respiratory failure(ARF). Methods 95 patients with ARF were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was significant improvement in pH、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2. Of all the patients, 68 patients were successfully treated (71. 58 percent) ,27 patients died(28. 42 percent), 29 patients occurred complications ( 30. 53 percent). Conclusion MV is an effective method to treat patients with ARF in clinical practice. However, its timing plays a vital role in treating primary diseases.
