摘要
从清末到民国，中国国内的华侨教育政策日渐具体，尽管许多措施还只是一纸空文，没能产生实际效果，但已使华侨教育在国内教育系统中有一席之地，有了发展的明确方向和可资参考的依据。
From the end of the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, the domestic policies on overseas Chinese education had tended to be more specific. Although ma ny adopted measures were still on paper and without any real effects, the changin g policies had won a position for the overseas Chinese education in China's domestic education system, pointed out a clear direction and found out reliable reference materials for its progress.
