摘要
本文通过观察、文献综述与逻辑分析法 ,找出篮板球的技术特点和反弹规律 ,对防守篮板球技术和训练进行了分析与探讨。
The technical characteristic and the rebound rule of the backboard was found out by literature study, questionnaire and logic analytical method, and than that was analyzed to the defending backboard technical and training method.
