摘要
多警种合成作战是公安机关针对跨地区警务控制、重大社会活动、突发事件等所采取的一种警务运作方式。它体现了系统学的原理,既强调公安机关内部的整合效应,也强调公安机关与外部的联动效应。“九运会” 广州赛区的安全保卫工作就是多警种合成作战的一次成功实践。只有紧密结合治安实际,大力推进多警种合成作战的警务发展战略,才能牢牢控制住城市治安大局。
The multi-police cooperation is a very important way of policing operating which is often taken to trans-local policing control, major social activities, and emergency. It embodies the principle of systematic, and emphasizes the integration efficient of the inside of public security organs, also it stresses the cooperative efficient of the outside with social public security organs. It was a successful practice which was an safeguard work of multi-police cooperation for 'the Ninth National Games' in Guangzhou.
