摘要
目的观察1．6－二磷酸果糖对脑缺血家兔血肌酐的影响。方法21只家兔随机分3组。实验组与对照组制备右侧脑动脉缺血模型，实验组静脉注射1，6－二磷酸果糖1．5ml／kg·d，对照组静脉注射生理盐水1．5ml／kg·d，空白组正常喂养。2周后，3组家兔空腹状态下，耳缘静脉取血，分高血清，以Jaffe反应测定血清肌所含量。结果对照组血肌酐含量高于实验组与空白组，实验组与空白组比较，变化不大。3组家兔血清肌酐含量无显著性差异。结论1，6－二磷酸果糖可以增强脑动脉缺血家兔的能量代谢。
Objective The experiment is to obeserve the effect of 1, 6-fructose biphosphate on blood creatinine of cerebral ischemia of rabbit.Methods Twenty-one rabbits were randomly assingned to three groups. 1, 6-fructose-biphosphate group and contrast group were maked a model of cerebral ischemia.1, 6-fructose-biphosphate group were treated 1, 6 -fructose-biphosphate (1.5ml/kg·d) in vein. Cotrast group were treated normal suline (1. 5ml/kg·d) in vein. Blank group were normal kept.Two weeks after,the quantity of creatinine were determined by Jaffe Reaction.Results Contrast group:the quantity of blood creatinine is highest.1, 6-fructose-biphosphate group:the quantity of blood creatinine taked a little change.But the different above three groups weren't signifiant.Conclusion 1, 6 fructose-biphosphate can improve energy metabolism cerebral ischemia of rabbits.
