本文阐述了不法经济存在的深刻社会原因、评判不法经济行为中罪与非罪界限的标准以及怎样在司法实践中 。
This paper explains the social causes of unlawful economic practice and the distinguishing standards between a crime and a non_crime in the unlawful economic practice,gives to the judicial practice the application of the standards.
