摘要
本文阐述了素质和素质教育的含义 ,高等学校深化教育改革 ,全面推进素质教育的重要性和紧迫性以及深化教育改革与全面推进素质教育的关系 ;提出了高等学校推进素质教育的主要任务和目标 ;指出全面推进素质教育是一项艰巨的系统工程 ,要取得预期效果 ,必须提高认识 ,加强领导 ,增加投入 ,强化教育科研 。
This paper expounded the meaning of quality and quality education,the importance and urgency of deepening educational reform and overall development of quality education and the relationship between them,and pointed out that overall development of quality education is an arduous systematic engineering. Good results coule only be achieved through promoting the understanding of the project,strengthening leadership,education and scientific research, increasing investment and creating good soft and hard environment and conditions.
