摘要
高校思想政治工作者是承担培养跨世纪人才这一历史使命的实施者 ,在当前形势下 ,要具备较高素质才能完成肩负重任。因此 ,要通过多种方式 ,努力提高高校思想政治工作队伍的整体素质。
Ideological and political instructors in higher educational institutions undertake the historical responsibility of training talented cross-century personnel. Under the current situation, it requires people to have higher quality to fulfill their important tasks. Many different methods have to be taken to enhance their overall quality.
