摘要
通过对北京市检察机关 2 0 0 1年不起诉工作的调查可以看出 ,不起诉在适用条件、不起诉书的制作等方面还存在问题 ,因此 ,应在案件质量、不起诉的审查程序等方面进一步加强和改进不起诉工作。
A survey of 2001 shows that a number of problems exist in non-prosecution work of Beijing procuratorates, such as the conditions of applying non-prosecution, the drafting of the documents of non-prosecution, etc.. It is therefore suggested that efforts be made especially in the quality of case handling and in the application process of non-prosecution, so as to strengthen and improve the system.
