摘要
在体操教学教程中 ,充分发挥体操骨干的作用 ,合理进行分组教学 ,不仅可以充分利用器械和场地 ,增加学生的练习密度和运动负荷 ,还能有效地培养体操骨干各方面的能力 ,活跃课堂气氛 ,提高体操教学质量 ,同时有重点地提高高个学生的体操成绩。
In gymnastic teaching, proper division of the class into groups, not only make fall use of the training equipment and ground, increasing the students' exercise frequency and intensity, but also cultivate effectively the various abilities of gymnastically outstanding students, and enliven the atmosphere of gymnastic class, therefore improving the gymnastic performance of tall students.
