摘要
从运动训练的角度 ,以通过发展一般力量—最大力量—快速力量—速度—专项速度和最大力量—快速力量耐力—速度耐力—专项速度耐力这两条互相结合的训练途径 ,来解决存在的问题 ,使我国女子 1 0 0m栏运动进入世界先进行列。
In this paper,from the point of training,through the approach of developing average strength supreme strength fast strength velocity special velocity,to develop the special velocity of the womens 100 meter hurdle in our country is made the emphasis to solve the problem of the maximal velocity between the hurdles,and then develop the stamina ability of the special volcity,increase the corresponding relaxation ability of the muscle,enhance the training of special strength in striding,improve the teehniue of striding,which make the womens 100 meter hurdle of our nation enter into the advance is range of the world.
