摘要
报道了从草珊瑚茎、叶诱导愈伤组织的适宜培养基和各种植物激素在诱导及其生长培养中的调节作用.应用薄层层析(TLC)和紫外光鉴定,证明所获得的愈伤组织具有合成与原茎或叶相同的黄酮甙类、异香豆素类、延胡索酸等有机酸的能力,亦发现其次级代谢物的组成上与原植物材料不尽相同,愈伤组织中多了三个显荧光的化合物.
Among five media used, the medium 6,7-V was considered the best for inducting callus from stem or leaf of Sarcandra glabra. The regulation role of various plant hormones added to the medium during callus growth was also investigated. Idenlification by thin layer chromatography and ultraviolet absorption spectrum of alcohol extracts of callus and stems or leaves of Sarcandra glabra demonstrated that the callus had the capability to synthesize flavonoid glycoside, isofraxidin, fumaric acid and succinic acid. The results of chromatographic analyses indicated that callus also synthesized three unknown compounds which were able to produce blue fluorescence under ultraviolet light.
