摘要
要深刻理解“三个代表”的基本精神,首先必须搞清楚“代表”二字的科学含义。要贯彻落实“三个代表”的基本精神,最重要的是必须抓住“与时俱进”这个关键问题;必须抓住“保持党的先进性”这个核心问题;还必须抓住“执政为民”这个本质问题。
In order to make a full understanding of the spirit of 'the Three Representatives', we must first know the scientific meaning of the term 'representative'. It's most important to grasp the essential matters such as 'advancing with the times', 'maintaining the Party' s advancedness' and 'being in power for the people' .
