摘要
阅读作为一种领会式的单向言语活动，在外语学习中占有重要的地位。晋升职称的外语考试，实际上主要是考核专业技术人员对外语文章的阅读理解能力和外语的实际应用水平。应试人员必须把强化阅读理解能力的训练作为复习的重点，逐步掌握阅读技巧，加快阅读速度，提高阅读理解的准确性。
In face of yearly foreign languages test for promotion of professional titles, many examinees feel at a loss on how to prepare for it. According to the Program for Professional Personnel Grading Test, the foreign languages test aims mainly at assessing the reading comprehension ability of articles in foreign languages and the actual proficiency in the language. Therefore, in preparing for the test, emphasis must be laid on the intensive training of reading ability. This paper discusses the importance and effect of intensive reading comprehension training, means and ways of cultivating and raising the level of reading comprehension and some of the problems that should be noted in preparation for the test. It is hoped that the following discussion might offer some help to the readers in acquiring their proficiency in the foreign language test.
