摘要
多相生产井中,油、气、水的密度和流速、粘度分布不均匀,生产测井时涡轮流量计所测的RPS值波动幅度大,导致所确定总流量误差增大。考虑叶片表面、叶片顶端与边沿阻力矩及粘度、流速的影响,提出了涡轮流量计在多相流动中的响应方程。计算表明,叶轮表面、轴承外表面阻力起主导作用,RPS值主要取决于局部流速和动力粘度的变化。基于所给出的响应方程和实验结果,建议在多相流动中测量分层总产量时采用集流型涡轮流量计。
In multiphase production wells, the distribution of oil, gas and water densities and viscosities is nonhomogeneous, and RPS(revolutions per second) from flowmeter survey is unsteady to a considerable degree, which make the error in flowrate calculation. Considering the unsteadiness of local velocity and viscosity as well as the torques of lade surface, shift surface, blade top and edge. A new response equation for spinner flowmeter in multiphase flow is presented. According to the equation, we can find that the torques of blade and shift surfaces is dominant and RPS is mainly subjected to the change of local velocity and viscosity. And then the dependable method for determing total flowrate of multiphase flow is application of inflatable diverter flowmeter in measurement.
