摘要
如何定义民营经济在我国经济学界一直存在着争论,根据党的十六大报告的精神我们认为,应从所有制角度对民营经济进行定义。这种定义比较符合"民营经济"这一概念产生的实际,同时对于发展我国民营经济也能给予理论指导。民营经济在我国社会主义市场经济发展和全面建设小康社会中有着重要作用,为加快我国民营经济的发展建议从政策上予以支持。
There have been disputes on the definition of private economy. This paper puts forword the view of giving definition of private economy from the angle of the ownership system in accordance with the report of the 16th Congress of CPC. This definition conforms to reality and theoretically guides Chinese private economy. This paper also expounds the importance of private economy in the development of Chinese socialist market economy and puts forword some suggestions on how to promote the development of Chinese private economy.
