摘要
本文提出了框-剪结构震害预测方法,并使框架、框-剪和剪力墙三种结构体系的震害预测统一起来。对于框-剪体系,本文根据框架部分和剪力墙部分平均侧向刚度比值,判断两部分承担地震作用的比值,然后以地震作用下结构层间弹塑性变形值确定结构的破坏程度,同时根据结构平、立面布置和抗震构造措施的合理程度进行修正。 文中还就房屋样本选取原则、样本参数确定做了说明,并结合新规范给出结构层间屈服承载力计算方法及层间刚度简化算法。
This paper presents a method for predicting seismic damage of reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structures. The method can also be used for frame structures and shear wall structures. The respective amount of earthquake actions allotted to frames and shear walls in reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure is evaluated by the ratio of lateral stiffnesses between frames and shear walls. Then the level of seismic damage is predicted by the elasto-plastic story drift and adjusted according to the degree of rationality of the layout of plan and elevation, as well as the aseismic constructional measures adopted.The principle of sampling and the determination of sample parameters of the structure are described in the paper. In combination with the new design code, the method for calculating story yield capacity of the structure and the simplified method for calculating s(?)ory stiffness are presented.
