摘要
首次在大豆异黄酮制取工艺中采用无机膜分离技术对浓缩液进行澄清。对无机膜澄清浓缩液的各种条件进行了系统地研究,并对无机膜受料液污染后的清洗方式进行了探讨。
It was the first time to use inorganic membrane technology to defecate concentration solution in soybean isoflavone processing. The factors that affected inorganic membrane separation were studied systematically and the cleaning methods of membrane fouling were discussed.
