摘要
陕西历史博物馆为唐风宫殿式建筑,平面组合和主体造型均较复杂,仿古屋顶形式多样,工程量大。施工中采用了混凝土外加剂自动添加、混凝土自动配料、电动连续圆箍成型机、钢管圆柱支模等新技术;技术难度最大的古建屋顶采用预制与现浇相结合的技术施工,为仿古建筑使用钢筋混凝土结构提供了设计和施工经验;琉璃瓦屋面施工采用古建传统工艺方法;装饰工程施工使用了多项有特色的新工艺。这些新技术对保证工程质量、缩短工期发挥了显著作用。
The Shaanxi museum of history has been a palace building in the style of Tang dynasty. It has been designed rather sophisticatedlywith a composite plan and a complex stereo structure. Its unique roof with an imitation of the ancient style is of a great variety and, of course, an enormously hard work. During its reinforced concrete construction. it has adopted an automation system such as the automatic feeding, admixturing, and an electromatic continuous forming of spiral wire-ties, as well as an advanced technology with the round steel column scaffolding. Besides, during its construction of the hardest job of ancient roof structure, the integration method of precast and cast-insitu R. C. construction has been appropriately ap- plied. Thus, it is able to afford a good design and an easy construction simultaneously for the on-coming R. C. building of ancient style architecture. And in short, these new techniques have duly provided a good quality project with an outstanding speedy construction.
