随着我国农产品市场流通体制不断演进,市场调节成分越来越高,相应的农产品生产经营者面临的价格风险在不断增加,价格风险已成为农产品生产经营者面临的主要经营风险。农产品供求的变化、农产品市场发育程度、国际农产品市场状况及农业政策的稳定性是我国农产品价格波动的主要成因。我国农产品市场风险的管理,应逐步建立以间接引导为主,财政扶持为辅,主要依靠完善的市场机制进行调节的格局。培育和发展全国统一开放、竞争有序的农产品现货市场,稳步发展农产品期货市场,探索建立农产品期权市场。
With the continuous evolvement of the farm product market circulation system, the market regulating composition is becoming higher and higher. At the same time the price risk faced with the farm product operators is increasing. And the price risk has already become the main risk confronted by the farm product operators. The supply and demand variety, agricultural product market growth degree, international farm product market condition and the stability of the agriculture policies are the main cause of the farm product price fluctuate. As far as the management of the farm product market risk concerned in China ,we should establish the situation that the public finance supports for assisting is supplement and the indirect leading is main method. The government leads the market forming the mechanism, cultivating and developing the whole country unify spot market, steady development agricultural product futures market, searching after farm product options market.
