摘要
在分析现行法兰密封设计存在不足之处的基础上,结合材料流变学理论,提出了基于垫片变形的设计计算方法.该法概念清楚、考虑因素全面,是一种值得研究和重视的新方法.特别是第一临界时间和第二临界时间的概念,对于法兰维护工作具有现实的指导意义.
A new method for seal designing in flange connection is presented in this paper along with the default analysis of the current designing way.This new method begins with calculation of compressing distortion of the space which is required according to the roughness of the sealing surface.Since the distortion is time and temperture related,the stressstrain figure of the spacer material is asked to be tested.First critical time and second critical time is also named which are signifcantly meaningful to routine maintenance.
