摘要
本文基于现代产权理论明确了事业单位改革的基本原则,进一步分析了我国事业单位国有资产管理中存在的问题,提出了通过推进我国事业单位国有资产战略性重组,加快我国事业单位改革的政策建议。
Based on modern property right theory, this paper, first of all, clarifies the basic principles in the reform of China's public institutions, analyzes the problems in the management of state-owned assets in these institutions, and finally makes some policy proposals to quicken the reform of these institutions by pushing strategic re-structure of state own assets in China's public institutions.
