摘要
我国今天平等、团结、互相的社会主义新型民族关系,是历史发展的必然结果,它将在社会主义市场经济发展完善和改革开放逐步深化中得到进一步的巩固和发展。但民族问题也将随之呈现出多样性和复杂性,民族关系在矛盾运动中表现出一种"耗散结构"系统的演化升级过程。我们应把握这一规律,积极推动各民族共同繁荣和全面进步。
The new socialist national relations of equality, unification and mutual aids nowadays are the result of the historical development, which will develop and be strengthened gradually with the development and perfecting of socialist market economy as well as the deepening of the opening policy. At the same time the national problems will also become varied and complex and the national relations will be reflected as a 'Separate Construction' developing process in the conflicts. Having a good grasp of such a regulation, we should prompt the all-round prosperous and progresses for all the nationalities.
