摘要
对公四莓一号草莓茎尖组织培养快繁技术的试验研究表明:公莓一号草莓茎尖组织培养最佳诱导与增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L;最佳移栽基质为经消毒、比例为1∶1的土加珍珠岩,在此基质上移栽试管苗成活率达96%,并且生长健壮。对公四莓一号草莓茎尖组织培养快繁技术的试验研究表明:公莓一号草莓茎尖组织培养最佳诱导与增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L;最佳移栽基质为经消毒、比例为1∶1的土加珍珠岩,在此基质上移栽试管苗成活率达96%,并且生长健壮。
