摘要
目的 建立酮康唑的外用复方散剂的含量测定方法。方法 以无水乙醇作溶剂分次提取 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定酮康唑的含量。结果 酮康唑浓度在 8～ 2 4 μg·ml-1范围内 ,线性关系良好r =0 .9999,n =5。平均回收率为 99.4 8% ,RSD=0 .84 %。结论 本法可用于复方酮康唑散中酮康唑的质量控制。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of ketoconazole in compound ketoconazole powder.Methods Anhydrous alcohol was selected as extracting solvent.The content of ketoconazole was measured with UV spectrophotometry.Results The good linear range for determining ketoconazole was 10～24μg·ml -1,r=0.999 9,n=5.The average rate of recovery was 99.48% and RSD was 0.84%.Conclusion This method can be used to control the quality of compound ketoconazole powder.
