摘要
选举制度和代表制度作为我国人大制度的基本制度,需要随着民主的发展不断健全和完善,包括代表候选人申请、提名制度,保障选举的自由,扩大直选范围,代表结构和构成的完善,代表专职化以及代表竞选制等。
As the basic system of the people's Congress,the election system and the representative system need to be sound and perfect constantly following the development of democracy, including the application of the representative candidates, nomination system, the freedom of the election system, enlarged area of direct election, the perfection of the representative structure and the representative formation, the representative professionalization and the system of running for representatives and so on.
