摘要
电针足三里、太冲穴可引起大鼠海马长时程突触效应增强过程。大鼠经6日电针或灌喂益气聪明汤后处于迷宫中分辨学习能力明显高于对照组,而针药结合施加于大鼠其分辨力的提高尤为显著。
Electro-needling applied to acupoint ST36(Zusanli) and LR3(Taichong)could induce long term potentiation (LTP)in the rats.After being applied electro-needling or administered the Qi-tonifying and Mind-easing Decoction for 6 days,the orientation ability of the rats in the experiment group during stay in maze was markedly higher than that of the control group.Those received both needling and decoction showed very prominent elevation of the orientation ability.
