摘要
本文应用超声心动图检测分析评价心脏病患者左心室收缩功能的临床价值。设正常对照组26例,心脏病组114例,分别测定左心室收缩功能、左心室重量、左房内径及其他有关指标。结果:1.每分输出量(CO)两组无差异(P>0.05),每搏输出量(SV)心脏病组低于正常组(P<0.01),射血分数(EF)及短轴收缩率(FS)心脏病组明显低于正常组(P<0.0001),两组有显著性差异,表明 EF 及 FS 反映心肌收缩功能敏感性高。2.心脏病组室间隔厚度测值及左室重量均较正常组大(P<0.01),表明用超声心动图评价心脏病患者的左心室收缩功能,必须测定各项相关指标,综合分析并结合临床情况,才能得出准确的结论。
The article assesses the clinical value of echocardiagraphy in diagnosis of systolic function of the left ventricle,In the study,114 cases of heart diseases (group B)were enrolled for observation,with 26 normal persons as control. Systolic function of the left ventricle,weight of the left ventricle,internal diameter of the left auricle and other related parameters were measured.The results were:(1)CO between two groups showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).SV levels in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.0001) with remarkable difference.It proved that EF and FS are highly sensitive to systolic function of the cardiac muscle.(2)The diameter of the left auricle and the weight of the left ventricle in group B was greater than those in group A(P <0.01).The authors concludes that in investigation of cardiac function,all the related parameters must be determined by echocardiography and analyzed with clinical evidence,so that a correct assessment can be made.
