试验在长沙地区一年中气温最高的季节6~9月份进行,选用390羽长黄雏鸡在相同的饲养管理条件下分设高、中、低三种蛋白水平饲粮组,探讨高温环境对雏鸡的增重、采食量、饮水量和饲料报酬与营养需要的影响。经90多天的试验表明,高温(30~36℃)持续三周时,高、中、低不同营养水平组雏鸡的采食量均见减少,而饮水量与日龄及温度的升高呈正相关(增加10%~18%)。试鸡日增重停滞,饲料效率低下,高、中、低三种不同蛋白水平饲粮组鸡的日粮消化率及蛋白质消化率经生物统计学分析,组间无显著差异。显示高温环境对雏鸡的生长有一定影响,但对饲粮蛋白质需要量要求不显。
Chang Sha yellow broiler chicks (n=390) were used to evaluate the effects of high temperature on daily gain, feed and water intake, feed conversion and nutrient requirement in the high temperature season (from june to september) in changsha The experiment was divided into three groups which treated with three dietary protein levels of high, middle and low. The results of 90—day trial indicated that the chicks which fed with high, middle and low level protein diets all decreased feed intakes when high temperature (30~ 36℃)continued for three weeks. While water intakes increased 10~18% with the increasment of days and temperature, daily gain stagnated, feed conversion rate was low. As for digestibility of diet and protein, no significant difference were found amony three treatments. These showed that high temperature has some effects on growth of broiler chicks, but demands for dietary protein requirements were not obvious.
