摘要
诚信作为人类社会文明始终追求的美德之一,在面对全球化,全面建设小康社会的新阶段,已成为我国公民道德的一个基本规范。随着时代的全面进步,诚信的价值也应当而且必然由个人美德范畴超越到社会运行规则,从人性理念的追求走向制度公设范畴。
Honesty, as one of the virtues for human society to run after, has become the basic norm of the civil morals in China in the face of globalization and the new stage of building the well-of society in an all-round way. With the development of social progress, the value of honesty should be going from the category of individual to the working rules of the whole society, from seeking individual ideals to the category of public system.
