重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶联合高频电灼术治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶联合高频电灼术在尖锐湿疣治疗中的疗效和不良反应。方法: 85例尖锐湿疣随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用高频电灼术除疣后,外用尤靖安涂患处,连续用药30天。对照组只用高频电灼术除疣。结果:两组在第2周、第4周、第2个月和第3个月复发率分别为2.3%和14.6%, 9.1%和26.8%,20.1%和36.6%,29.5%和53.7%(P<0.05)。结论:重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶联合高频电灼术治疗尖锐湿疣能显著降低尖锐湿疣亚临床感染的复发率,该药无需低温存放,便于携带,可不间断用药,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human interferon α- 2b gelly combined with high frequency electrocautery in treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: Eighty - five patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group, after receiving electrocautery for removal of the warts, was nibbed upon topically with recombinant human interferon α- 2b gelly for 30 consecutive days. The control group was treated by electrocautery alone for removal of the warts. Results: The recurrent rates in the treatment group at weeks 2, 4 and months 2,3 were 2.3% ,9.1 % ,20.1 % and 29.5% , respectively, whereas those in the control group were 14.6%, 26.8%, 36.6%, and 53.7%, respectively, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Recombinant human interferon α- 2b jelly combined with high frequency electrocautery remarkably reduces the recurrent rate of subclinical infection of condyloma acuminatum. This drug need not be stored at low temperature, is conveniently portable, can be used uninteruptedly, and deserves wide clinical application.
