摘要
本文以多元方差分析方法建立和检验了一个硫化金铜精矿氰化浸取过程的模型。在过程动力学研究的基础上提出了过程的初始模型,由非线性回归方法进行参数估计,同时用统计学方法检验了回归方程的显著性,剔除非显著的自变量,改造和完善初始方程,最后经过拟合优度检验提出了最终过程方程组。方程的预计值与实验值的对照,表明所给模型比较正确地描述了该氰化过程。
A model for the process of gold and silver cyanidation from a bulk Au-Cu sulfide concentrate was built using an approach based on the multi-component regressive analysis and was mathematically proved. Initial hypothesis of the model set describing the process was proposed on the base of the process kinetics, and the parameters in the model set was estimated using non-linear regression while significance of the estimates, conditioning parameters and a quality of achieved fitness in the model were tested. After testing and leaving out insignificant parameters, the proposed initial model of the process for a given data set was then simplified and modified. The final set of the model was established when the goodness-of-fit test was preformed using a statistic procedure. With the comparison between experimental data and the predicted values from the model, it was indicated that the model was suitable to describe the cyanidation process.
