摘要
传统尿素工艺装置增产节能技术改造须与蒸发造粒工序的技术改造同步,应将蒸发工序设备与前面工序的设备结合起来考虑,既提高蒸发系统的生产能力,又使一段循环系统的热能回收率和生产能力得到提高。
Revamping traditional urea process units to increase their capacity and decrease the production cost must be proceeded simultaneously with evaporating and granulating systems revamping in urea plant. Equipments revamping in evaporating system should be combined with system before it to increase its production capacity, heat recovery and production capacity in first recycle system.
