悬浮共聚合法制备墨粉的热学特性研究 被引量:7

Study on the thermal characteristics of toner prepared by the suspension copolymerization method

摘要 介绍了墨粉的热学特性,考察了墨粉的玻璃化转变温度、软化点、熔融指数与墨粉组成的关系,测试了聚合型墨粉的温度特性并与理论计算进行对比.结果表明,当St/BA为5∶1、搅拌速度为1000r/min、超声分散时间为15min、水油比为7∶1、PVA用量为4%和聚合温度为85℃时,制备的墨粉玻璃化温度为62~74℃,达到了商用墨粉对温度特性的要求.图6,表1,参10. The thermal characteristics of toner were introduced.The relations of toner composition with glass transition temperature,softening temperature and melting index were investigated.The glass transition temperature of polymerization toner were tested,and compared with calculational value.The results show that the glass transition temperature of toner is about 62-74℃ when the ratio of St to BA is 3-5,stirring speed is (1 000 r/min,)ultrasonicdispersion time is 15 min,the ratio of water to oil is 7,the dosage of PVA is 4% and the polymerization temperature is 85℃.The thermal characteristics of polymerized toner can meet with the commercial requirements.6figs.,1tab.,10refs.
