摘要 在矿物增强阻燃复合材料中引入稀土表面改性剂对无机粉体进行活化处理,在保持阻燃性能的前提下,改善了阻燃剂及无机粉体材料与高分子材料的相容性,显著提高了阻燃PA材料的热变形温度和缺口冲击强度,明显提升了阻燃PP材料的伸长率和缺口冲击强度,产品表观状态也得到大幅度改善,阻燃复合材料的综合性能优异。 The RE surface modifying agent was used in flame retardant composite material reinforced by mineral powder.Based on keeping the flame resistant performance,the compatibility between flame-resistant agent,activated inorganic mineral powder and polymer was improved.The heat distortion temperature and notched impact strength of flame-resistant PA was enhanced highly,and the elongation rate and notched impact strength of flame-resistant PP was upgraded greatly,meanwhile the apparence of products was improved.The combined performance of flame-resistant composite material was much better.
