摘要
多元智能理论认为 ,较高的人际智能和自我意识智能能更好地促使个体的自我完善 ,提高个体的人格素质。而周围环境特别是人际环境对这两种智能的高低有着重要影响。因此 ,从人际关系着手 ,通过创设良好的人际氛围 ,培养聋职高生的人际交往能力 ,使聋生在社会交往中发展个性、完善个性 ,是健全聋生的人格素质 ,促进聋生身心健康发展的有效途径。
The theory of Multiple Intelligence indicated that higher interpersonal intelligence and self-intelligence could impel the individual’s self-perfection, improve the individual’s personality competence, and human communication was an important influence factor. This paper discussed interpersonal intelligence and self-intelligence, and pointed out the realistic value of interpersonal relationship among deaf children. A favorable climate of interpersonal communication would help deaf students:(a)nurture communicative ability;(b) perfect personality competence;(c) promote physical and mental development.
