摘要
目的 脑梗死患者存活时间与脑内血管增生程度相关。血管生长素 ( angiogenin)具有促血管生成作用。本研究旨在观察大鼠脑缺血后血管生长素在脑内表达水平的变化。方法 大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞法 ( MCAO法 )制作局灶性脑缺血模型 ,脑切片免疫组织化学染色检测血管生长素蛋白表达。结果 血管生长素在正常大鼠脑中普遍弱阳性表达 ,脑膜、室管膜及血管染色较为明显。脑缺血后 6 h缺血脑区血管生长素表达水平明显增强 ( P<0 .0 1) ,缺血 2 4 h内血管生长素表达水平逐渐升高。
Objective Previous study has shown that longer survival of the cerebral infarction patients is correlated with increase in neovascularization.Angiogenin is one of the most potent inducers of vascular growth.The purpose of this study is to observe the change of the expression level of angiogenin in the brain after brain ischemia.Methods Brain ischemia model wasproduced with the left middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model in rats.Theexpression of angiogenin was identified by immunohistochemistry with anti-angiogenin antibody.Results Angiogenin was expressed weakly but widely in rat brain,the expression was relatively strong in cerebral pia mater,ependyma,and vessels.The expression of angiogenin was significantly increased ( P <0.01) in ischemic brain 6h after MCAO,and the expression level was increasedfurther within 24h.Conclusions The angiogenin expression is increased in the ischemic brain after brain ischemia.
