摘要
建立HPLC法测定维C银翘颗粒中绿原酸的含量。采用KF C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸(10∶90)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长327nm。绿原酸线性范围为0.04～0.8mg(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.5%,RSD为0.81%。
A HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in WeiC Yinqiao granules was established. A KFC18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(10∶90), at the detection wavelengthof 327nm. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.4～8mg (r=0.9999). Theaverage recovery was 99.5%, with RSD of 0.81%.
