摘要
铝电解阳极材料处在高温、强腐蚀性介质的恶劣工作环境中,所以惰性阳极材料的选择是现代材料科学难度很大的课题之一。在选择镍铁尖晶石基惰性阳极材料氧化物添加剂过程中,不仅探讨了氧化物添加剂在冰晶石熔盐中的溶解度,而且还探讨了氧化物添加剂在电解液中的整个热力学行为,从而对镍铁尖晶石基惰性阳极材料做出了较为合理的选择。
The anode material of aluminum electrolysis is present in the odiously working environment ofhigh temperature and strong corrosiveness medium,so it is very difficult for modern material science to select inert an-ode material.In the course of selecting oxide additives material in the nickel-ferric spinel based inert anode,both thesolubility in the cryolite molted salt of oxide additives and the whole thermodynamics action in electrolyte of oxide ad-ditives are discussed in this article,thus to have a comparatively reasonable selection of the nickel-ferric spinel basedinert anode material.
