摘要
濮检 3井是一口密闭取心检查井 ,钻探目的是为油田后期挖潜提供基础数据 ,为其它老油田水淹层解释模型建立提供数据。为保证濮检 3井的固井质量 ,该井固井技术主要解决了 3个重点问题 :防漏失、提高顶替效率、优化水泥浆性能。①下套管前通井时 ,根据邻井实钻资料 ,把钻井液密度提高到 1.2 0~ 1.2 3g/cm3 ,并进行大排量循环试漏和安全破试。②采取了大排量洗井、优化钻井液性能、套管居中、活动套管、优选隔离冲洗液及紊流顶替等措施来提高顶替效率。③优选出了钟山G级水泥浆 ,该水泥浆具有流变性好、易紊流、微膨胀、短过渡、短稠化、沉降稳定性好的特点 ,而且失水量低 ,析水量为零 ,保证了水淹层的固井质量。该井达到了声波变密度测井解释为优质 ,SBT测井解释为良好 。
Well Pujian3 is an inspection well drilled to provide basic data for later exploration of Pucheng Oilfield and water flooded layer interpretation simulation of other mature oilfields. To ensure the cementing quality of well Pujian3, three key problems of cementing technology were solved, which were: lost circulation prevention, displacing efficiency improvement and cement slurry proper optimization. 1) During drafting process prior to running casing, weight the drilling fluid to 1.20~1.23 g/cm 3 according to drilling data of adjacent well. High flow rate circulation for lost test and safe destruction test were also carried out. 2) Measures such as high flow rate washover, drilling fluid property optimization, casing centralization, moving casing, spacer/flushing fluid optimization and turbulence displacement were taken to increase the displacement efficiency. 3) The Zhongshan Ggrade cement slurry was screened out. The slurry has characteristics as follows: good rheological property, turbulence stage easy to reach, micro-expansion,short transition time during thickening process and stable body without settlement. Low filtrate and zero bleeding were its other advantages which ensured the cementing quality of water flooded layer. Acoustic variable density logging results showed it was excellent and SBT logging was also good.
