摘要
对国内外多种硝酸钾生产工艺进行了分析对比 ,提出了真空结晶复分解法工艺流程 ,阐述了真空结晶复分解法硝酸钾装置的设计特点 ,总结了实际生产应用效果。结果表明 ,该装置年利润总额(税后 )可达 4 5 0万元。
Analysis and contrast were made for the multi-kind o f potassium nitrate production units in China and abroad,process flow was pres ented for potassium nitrate by using the vacuum crystallization and metathesis m ethod,design features were described for the potassium nitrate unit by using t he vacuum crystallization and metathesis method. Result indicates that the annua l total profit(after tax) of this unit can reach to 4.5 million Yuan RMB.
