摘要
市政公用行业的市场化分为公有公营、公有民营、民有民营三种模式,各有利弊。我国各地市政公用行业开始大规模对社会各类资本开放,但面临很多问题,亟待政府制定相关政策,创造一个好的外部环境。
Marketization promotion of municipal works includes three models.
Each model has its characteristic, advantages and disadvantages. In many places in China,
municipal works begin to be opened to many kinds of social capital in a large scale and
operated with marketization promotion, which is faced with many problems and eager for
correlative policies to create favorable external condition for it.
