摘要
现代企业理论认为,企业是由众多利益相关者通过一系列契约关系构成的经济实体,企业经营的最终目标是追求价值最大化。我国企业的公司治理结构现状表明,不完善的公司治理结构会产生诸多阻碍企业价值最大化的因素。因此,必须以企业价值最大化为目标,完善我国企业的公司治理结构。
According to The Theory of Modern Enterprise, an enterprise is an economic entity including many
stakeholders by a series of contracts. The final object of running an enterprise is to maximize its value. The condi-
tion of the corporate governance in our country manifests that imperfect corporate governance will result in many
hindrances to maximizing the value of an enterprise. So, been aimed at maximizing the value of an enterprise, the
corporate governance in our country must be perfected.
