摘要
目的 观察大鼠前列腺组织蛋白激酶A、蛋白激酶C的表达。方法 去势加丙酸睾酮注射法复制大鼠前列腺增生模型,原位杂交法检测各组大鼠前列腺组织蛋白激酶A、蛋白激酶C的表达。结果 前列腺组织 PKA mRNA阳性表达率正常组最高,模型组最低,与仙甲汤各剂量组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);前列腺组织PKC mRNA阳性表达率则相反,正常组最低,模型组最高,与各治疗组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 模型大鼠前列腺组织蛋白激酶调控失衡,仙甲汤可通过调控蛋白激酶信号因子抑制前列腺增生。
Objective Observe the expression of PKA mRNA and PKC mRNA in rats prostate exponent. Methods SD male rats were castrated, then subcutaneous injected testosterone propionate for 30 days. Have in situ hybridization to detect the expression of PKA mRNA and PKC mRNA. Results The expression of PKC mRNA in model prostate cells increased greatly, but the PKA mRNA decreased significantly. Xianjia prescription can regulate PKC mRNA/PKA mRNA. Conclusion Model rats' prostate protein kinase were disorder. Xianjia prescription can regulate the expression of protein kinase's disorder to restrain benign prostatic hyperplasia.
