摘要
我国婚姻法保护妇女合法权益原则在现实生活中既不能够给妇女提供强有力的特殊保护，也与婚姻法男女平等原则有一定的冲突。保护妇女合法权益与其说是一项法律原则，不如说是一个政治口号。
The principle of protecting women's legitimate rights and interests in China's Marriage Law cannot provide women with powerful protection as expected. It is even in conflict with the principle of equality of the sexes. It is not so much a legal principle than a political slogan.
