摘要
目的 :应用TheBethedeSystem (TBS)诊断标准 ,对妇科细胞学普查结果及临床应用价值进行评价。方法 :妇科宫颈刮片 ,H E染色 ,TBS标准诊断报告。结果 :5 0 4例宫颈刮片标本 ,取材满意 4 94例 (98 0 % ) ,满意但受限 10例 (2 0 % ) ;正常细胞学 383例 (76 0 % ) ,良性细胞改变 112例 (2 2 2 % ) ,上皮细胞异常改变 9例 (1 8% ) ,其中癌 2例 (0 4 % )。结论 :TBS诊断方式全面、具体、可信度大 ,其报告内容直观易懂 ,与临床和病理结合更加密切。在职工妇科普查中 ,应用TBS诊断具有重要意义。
Objective:?To use the Bethede system (TBS) diagnostic standard for evaluation of gynecologic cytopathologic screening and its role in clinical practice.Methods:?Gynecologic smears were prepared with H.E staining upon which TBS diagnoes were made.Results:?Among 504 samples of cervical smears, 494(98.0%)were satisfactory for evaluation, 10(2.0%)with limitted satisfaction; 383(76.0%)were cytologically normal, 112(22.2%) had benign cellular change, 9(1.8%) had abnormality in epithelial cells of which 2(0.4%) were carcinoma.Conclusion:?TBS diagnostic method is highly reliable, comprehensive and detailed, and has close clinical and pathological correlations. Application of TBS diagnosis in gynecologic screening is important.
