摘要
根据软盘磁头前隙在深度方向成形的基本过程,分析了工艺中存在的困难,建立了研磨工艺的数学模型,摸索出一套实用的数字化工艺,并成功应用于实践。
According to the basic forming process of gap width of floppy magnetic heads, the existing difficulties are analyzed. The mathematical model is established. A useful digital process is found, and which is successfully applied in practice.
