摘要
行政审批制度的改革给传统的治安管理模式带来了巨大影响。因此，公安机关必须在“创新体制、规范行为、强化意识、提升素质”等基本要求的前提下，加快创新治安管理模式，不断赋予各项治安工作以新的内涵、新的活力，以推动治安工作的新发展，开创治安工作的新局面。
The administrative license transformation has influenced the traditional public order administration greatly. So the public organs must speed up the innovation of public order administration pattern according the requirements of innovating system, making behaviors standard, strengthening consciousness and improving qualities. We should add new meanings and energies to all kinds of public order work and push the new development of the public order work.
